WTE Project in Hua County

The concession period of the WTE project in Hua County is 25-30 years, as the usual practices. The daily processing capacity is 1,000 tons of domestic waste and 365,000 tons per year. It is planned to equip two 500-t/d waste incineration lines and two 10MW steam turbine generator sets. The plant covers an area of ​​approximately 65,900 square meters. Excluding the maintenance time, the annual operation time is no less than 8,000 hours, with three-shift every day. Each shift works 8 hours, and the factory has a total labor force of 64 people.

 

Hua County is located in the northeast of Henan Province. It has jurisdiction over 12 towns, 10 townships, 1 industrial cluster zone, 1019 administrative villages with the total population of 1.43 million and an area of ​​1814 square kilometers. and 13 million square kilometers of arable land. It is a large agricultural and grain-producing county with a large population size. It is a key county in the national poverty alleviation initiative and a county directly under the control of the province.

 

The plant shall use the land efficiently. As long as it can meet the requirements of production process, the plant shall occupy as little land as possible, arrange buildings as centralized as possible, and build more landscape, which can beautify the environment and reduce noises. The design put the plant close to the access of water and electricity, reducing relevant cost.
